You can make a quick and easy Vietnamese dish Bun Cha Gio (Spring Roll Vermicelli Bowl) from 2 products of Viet Haus – Organic White Rice Vermicelli and Organic Fried Rice Paper!

1. Cook the Vermicelli: Soak the vermicelli in boiling water in 5-7 minutes until it becomes tender. Rinse the vermicelli with cold water. 

2. Prepare the Spring Rolls: Fry the spring rolls until golden brown and crispy.

3. Assemble the Bowl: Place the cooked vermicelli in a bowl. Top with sliced spring rolls, fresh lettuce, bean sprouts, and chopped herbs like mint and cilantro.

4. Sauce for dipping: Prepare a simple dipping sauce by mixing fish sauce, water, lime juice, sugar, and chopped garlic.

5. Enjoy! Dip the spring rolls and vermicelli noodles in the sauce for a burst of flavor.

What is Super Ham Chau 105 days rice?

We use the Super Ham Chau rice days  which is characterized by a slightly rounded grain of rice and it is hard and dry, suitable to use as ingredient to make noodles. When cooked, the rice is soft and soft, dry, sweet and has a natural aroma.

The secret to make noodles is to keep new rice in the warehouse a few months to make it old rice before processing, because old rice has a higher amylose content than new rice, so it has good loosening ability.
