Why others using method of Oil roasted cashew - add oil in roasting cashew to make butter, after 6 months it shall appear oil in butter and no more good tasty. 
While our butter is oil-free dry roasting cashew to preserve nutrition, the natural processing is maintained as much as possible. There shall be natural sweet taste iconically cashew nut flavor.

Shelf life:
18 months 
There shall be natural oil from cashew nuts separated on top of the butter after a while.

Storage:
After opening seal, store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. The ideal temperature from 8℃ to 20℃.
